Las Vignotes de Léa is a detached holiday home with a private swimming pool, located between Sarlat-la-Canéda and Rocamadour in the Lot region of south-west France. Built in 2019 and set on 1.5 acres of private land, the house offers space, privacy and open countryside views, while being just a short walk from the village of Payrac.
Sleeping up to 7 guests, the property is ideal for families or small groups looking for a peaceful rural setting with easy access to some of France’s most popular villages and attractions.
Bedrooms & living space
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and French shutters opening onto countryside views over Payrac village. Guests can enjoy quiet mornings listening to birdsong and watching the sunrise.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the lower level, suitable for adults or children. A convertible sofa in the living room provides sleeping space for two additional guests.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with:
